If you are not satisfied with one of these products, you get your money back. You have 60 days from your purchase.

- the Energy and Frequency Upgrade and the Sphere Upgrade for Meditation Bed customers
- the Meditation Bed
- access to the research group
Each of these products shows the note "60 days money back". Renting a Cube and gift vouchers are not included. This promise applies in every country we ship to.
How it works
- Contact us within 60 days of your purchase via support.luminosana.com and give your order number.
- Send the Cube back to us. We will tell you where in our reply. You pay the return postage.
- Digital upgrades, activations, services and access are switched off.
- You get your money back within 14 days of the return, by the same method you paid with. If you paid in full or in part with a gift voucher, you get that part back as a voucher.
Your statutory rights remain
This promise applies in addition. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights in case of defects remain, including for gift vouchers. They cost you nothing and are not restricted by this promise. Details are in our cancellation policy and our terms and conditions.
