Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery of goods is available worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

No shipping costs apply for standard delivery via DHL.

Optionally, express shipping may be selected. The cost for express shipping is EUR 59.90 per order. Any applicable shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during the checkout process before the order is submitted.

Provision of Digital Content

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link communicated by email.

The email containing the access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be made available in your customer account.

The provision takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

You will also be informed about the provision by email.

Provision of Digital Gift Vouchers

There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital gift vouchers.

Digital gift vouchers will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
