You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via a correspondingly designated button (“Withdraw Contract” or similar designation) on our website (Luminosana.shop). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to LuminoSana Ltd., Netzestr. 11, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If you requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services obliging the consumer to pay a price upon complete performance of the service if the consumer expressly agreed before the start of the performance that the trader begins the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirmed their knowledge that their right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by the trader.

Reasons for Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:
1. has expressly agreed that the trader begins the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed their knowledge that by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract and
3. the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than at the time the digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is made available:
- in which the content of the contract is reproduced and
- which records that the consumer expressly agreed before the performance of the contract that the trader begins the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and confirmed their knowledge that by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract.
