With access to the LuminoSana Research Group, you will receive a personalized access code created exclusively for you. This code allows you to order all products in the “Research” category free of charge for three years from the date of purchase – including all new products added during this period.

Personal Access Credentials via Email

After your purchase, you will receive a separate email with your personal access credentials. Please note that activation of your research group access and the creation of your access code may take up to 24 hours, as all data is prepared manually and individually for the email address you provided.

Important: You Will Receive Four Emails Within 30 Minutes After Purchase

After completing your purchase, please check your inbox carefully. Within approximately 30 minutes, you will receive the following four emails from us:

1. Order Confirmation – confirmation of your successful purchase.
2. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) – required to ensure the integrity of our research group.
3. Identity Verification Email – a short process to verify your identity.
4. Access to the LuminoSana Academy – including a welcome mini-course and access to an exclusive community.

Please make sure these emails do not end up in your spam or promotions folder, as they are essential for activating your access.

After Verification and Activation

Once you have signed the confidentiality agreement and completed the identity verification, we will need a little more time to personally activate everything for you.

It may take up to 24 hours before you receive the final email. This email contains your link and password for the secret category in our shop, as well as your personal voucher code that allows you to download and use all research group services free of charge.

Release Schedule of the Coding Courses

The coding courses will be gradually released:

• Course 1 – Basic Course: available immediately
• Course 2 – expected online from November 15
• Course 3 – hopefully online from December 1

Extension Option After 3 Years

After the three-year period, you will have the option to extend your access for an additional fee.
